As exhibitor at this conference Networks of the Centres of Excellence AquaNet II Conference, Sabrina presented her early research in progress with Professors Vanderlinden and Chouinard. “From Professional Organisation to Community Development Facilitator: A Fishery/Sea Ranching New Social Economy Case Study,” illustrated the evolution in communication flow, decision making power, and financial responsibility, experienced by an East Coast community organization and its networks as they implemented a federally funded pilot project in aquaculture.
